Payment Policy

1. Direct Payments

Consultation fees are paid directly to doctors via the QR/UPI ID shown on their profile. inBlop does not process, hold, or refund payments.

2. Payment Verification

After paying, you submit a transaction reference. The doctor verifies it and confirms your appointment. Bookings remain "pending" until confirmed.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations before payment confirmation are free. For refunds after payment, settle directly with the doctor. Disputes can be reported to [Contact Email].

4. Responsibility

inBlop is not liable for payment disputes between patients and doctors. Always verify the recipient UPI ID before paying.
