We collects: name, mobile number, email address, age, gender (patients); professional details, qualifications, clinic address, profile photo and payment QR code (doctors); and appointment details including the reason for the visit.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to create and manage accounts, display verified doctor profiles, process appointment bookings, facilitate payments directly between patients and doctors, and provide customer support.

3. Payment Information

Payments are made directly to doctors via UPI using doctor-provided QR codes. We do not collect or store card or bank details. Transaction references you submit are shared only with the concerned doctor.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. Patient contact details are shared with the booked doctor only. Doctor profiles (name, photo, qualifications, fees, availability) are publicly displayed.

5. Data Security & Retention

Data is stored on Google Firebase infrastructure with access controls. You may request deletion of your account and data by contacting us.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (India), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data.
